Key Responsibilities

• Urban Garden Management: Maximize production in compact spaces using container gardening, vertical growing, and intensive planting methods
• Lawn Care Excellence: Maintain the precise, clean landscaping that complements mid-century architecture
• Efficient Systems: Design and maintain water-efficient irrigation and low-maintenance plantings
• Guest Convenience: Ensure gardens are productive but require minimal guest involvement unless requested
• Urban Considerations: Work within city ordinances and neighborhood standards while promoting sustainable practices
• Equipment Management: Maintain and operate urban-appropriate landscaping tools and equipment
• Seasonal Adaptation: Plan for four-season growing using cold frames, season extension, and efficient crop rotation
